Conditions for Earning Up to 3 AIS Points When Purchasing Gold Through the GET GOLD by YLG Application

  1. This promotion is available to customers who are registered or actively using AIS mobile services as individuals and who have already enrolled in the AIS Points program ("AIS Customers"). If you are not yet enrolled in the AIS Points program, you can register for free by dialing *550# and pressing the call button.
  2. To participate in this promotion, AIS Customers must be new users who have not previously opened any type of account through the GET GOLD by YLG application.
  3. Enter the code "YLGAIS" in the "Promotion Code" field on the "Personal Information" page after registering and completing the account opening process for gold trading on the GET GOLD by YLG application fromSeptember 1, 2024 - October 31, 2024
  4. Once participants have met the specified conditions, YLG Corporation Limited ("YLG") will forward the phone numbers provided during the account opening process via the GET GOLD by YLG application to Advanced Info Service Public Co., Ltd. ("AIS") and MIMO TECHNOLOGY Co., Ltd. ("Mimo") for the distribution of AIS Points. Points will be credited to the specified AIS mobile number within 60 working days from the date the conditions have been fully met.
  5. AIS Points will only be awarded to participants who have met all the conditions of the promotion.
  6. AIS is responsible for verifying phone numbers and awarding AIS Points to AIS Customers. YLG has no involvement in the process of awarding AIS Points.
  7. YLG, AIS, and Mimo will collect, use, and process participants' personal data to award AIS Points. AIS and Mimo will handle data in accordance with the Privacy Notice of Advanced Info Service Public Co., Ltd. ("AIS"), available at www2.ais.th/privacy-notice/th/. YLG will handle data according to its Privacy Notice, available at https://www.ylgbullion.co.th/th/privacy-policy.

  12. In case of any disputes, participants agree that YLG's decision will be final.
  13.
